Along with Nitinol wire, we also manufacture a medical grade Nitinol bar. We draw the coil into finished discrete lengths (typically 6 ft. or 1.83 m). Our diameters range from 0.090 in (2.28 mm) to 0.187 in (4.75 mm)* with the option of a natural forming oxide or centerless ground and polished surface. The chemistry of our Nitinol surpasses that of the ASTM F2063 standard.
