Internships
Grow with us
Thanks for stopping by - and for your interest in joining the Fort Wayne Metals family as an intern!
We post our internship openings every year around mid-November, so please remember to check back and apply. Keep in mind the application process timeline varies for each opening, so you should apply as soon as possible for any openings that interest you and match your experience. In the event you don't see a current opportunity that pairs with your experience or interest, we encourage you to check back again.
As an intern, you contribute to making the world a better place! How exactly? By supporting our mission of making products used by our customers in medical devices that are helping improve the lives of people around the world. In fact, you may have a friend or family member who has been positively impacted by a medical device - such as braces, dental implants, surgical staples, or stents - containing material made at Fort Wayne Metals!
They are structured to ensure you engage in relevant tasks and projects that not only expand your learning but provide a direct effect on our day-to-day success.
Because we want to make sure you have the opportunity for personal and professional growth, we offer group learning activities, social events, and one-on-one sessions that help develop your talents and strengths. Finally, you are part of a culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and community support - all while being paid throughout your entire time here.
If you have additional questions or want to learn more about our internship program, please email student@fwmetals.com.
