Available in a wide variety of materials, including stainless steel, Nitinol, titanium, and high-performance alloys, flat wire can be more useful than round wire, depending on the application. Its rectangular shape reduces height and eliminates wasted gaps, helping components fit more efficiently into tight spaces without sacrificing performance.
