R05200 (melted pure tantalum) and R05400 (sintered pure tantalum) are available alloy options, each with distinct properties suited for different applications. These variations allow engineers to select the most suitable grade based on their specific performance requirements.

  • Ta-R05200 is unalloyed, commercially pure tantalum known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high ductility, making it ideal for chemical processing and medical applications.
  • Ta-R05400 offers high purity and precise impurity control, along with a high-quality surface finish to enhance performance in capacitor-grade applications. Leakage current testing is applied to ensure reliability.
  • Ta-T05400-Si-Doped contains a small amount of silicon, resulting in a fine grain structure and stability, even after exposure to high temperatures. Leakage current testing is applied to ensure reliability.
