In anticipation of future openings, we are accepting applications for Customer Service Associate positions. The persons are responsible for providing support to customers through technical support with customer specifications, pricing information, order confirmation and updates throughout the production and delivery process. This requires constant email and telephone communication with customers.
The Customer Service Associate position requires a B.S. in business or related field or equivalent related experience. The successful candidates will possess a customer service mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple demands on one's' time in a fast-paced environment.
